We strive to understand what the client wants, and we aspire to use our endless resources to find solutions for clients.  Each client is different, however, the constant is the level of service that we bring to each transaction.  Whether it be doing research for clients, to searching for hard to find parts, to pulling from our inventory, the result is the same, providing quality equipment, parts, supplies, and aircraft parts to our clients.

Strategy & Organization

 

Our intent is to support federal government contract specialists, local and state government procurement specialists, and aircraft and aircraft parts buyers from all over the world.  We have a stocking location in Houston Texas, and a vast network that we tap into for parts and equipment to support our client base.

We use local contractors to provide economic growth to any region that we do business.  The local workers are excellent because they speak the language and understand the business culture.  It is a win-win situation for everyone.

 

 

Parts Management

 

Project managers, customer service representatives, and engineers are from the power industry, aircraft industry, and  environmental services industry.

Most members are fluent is multiple languages, are multi-national, or have a combination of disciplines that make them excellent for what they do at ATViroTech Inc.

Globalization

 

ATViroTech Inc is in the business of providing good and services to clients around the world. We cover two basic points in our business model.  These elements of our business model provide solutions for our clients looking for answers.

One of our business models is supporting a customer base that might be in any place around the world. This includes the State Department that supports US Embassies around the world. The second element is access to global resources to support our operation, whether it be government of private companies needing our support.

 

Corporate Finance

 

ATViroTech Inc has relationships with banks to support financing business with established clients.  New clients typically pay in advance, however, we make it easy for new accounts to secure critical parts and go from AOG (Aircraft On the Ground) to FMC (Full Mission Capable).

We have credit card capability for established accounts, wire transfer capabilities, and we take the US government pay cards for smaller purchases, and we offer credit terms to approved accounts. 

Sustainability

 

ATViroTech Inc. is able to stay current because of quality customer service, access to inventories from participating partners, and continued improvement of the quality process.

Our work does not end when we ship parts and equipment to a destination.  Our work continues as we ensure that the client received parts and they are ready for installation.

Corporate Development

 

ATViroTech Inc's President/CEO is also a mentor and has high expections of each member of the company.  Each memeber of the company is a professional expected to take the lead on any project.

Project managers and supervisors are hired from within the company. Higher education and training are priorities, and personal development is encouraged of each person.
